Our machining cell runs from simple 3-axis brackets to complex 5-axis simultaneous surfaces. Mill-turn centres let us complete a revolved part with milled flats, cross-holes and threads in a single set-up, which is where most of our customers' accuracy and lead-time problems actually come from.
Every job is planned before it is cut: we review your drawing, flag any feature that cannot be reached with a standard tool, propose a fixture strategy, and confirm the inspection method with you. That short conversation up front removes the majority of downstream surprises.

Yes. STEP or IGES is enough for a quotation; we will add tolerances to a PDF for your approval before cutting.
Sustained ±0.01 mm is achievable in a temperature-stable room on suitable geometry. We tell you before quoting where a feature becomes expensive.
