FAQs

Practical answers about working with our factory.

The questions engineering and procurement teams ask us most often. If yours is not here, mail us — an engineer answers, not a call centre.

Send STEP or IGES with a quantity and finish. Most enquiries come back inside 24 hours; simple machined parts often land the same day.

A 3D model (STEP, IGES, X_T, SLDPRT) plus a PDF drawing with tolerances if you have one. A sketch and a photo can be enough to start a conversation.

No. One piece is a normal order for us — that is what the prototype line is for. Volume discounts start where the process allows them, usually 20 to 100 pieces.

Yes, and routinely. Our standard mutual NDA covers your models, drawings and programme details for five years.

DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT for urgent parts (3–5 days worldwide), air freight for batches, sea or rail for tooling and heavy frames. DDP available in most regions.

Prototype orders are prepaid, typically 100% up front. Tooling usually runs 50% deposit / 50% before shipment; repeat production accounts can move to monthly terms.

Every order includes a dimensional report for the features you flagged. FAI to ASME Y14.43, material certificates and salt-spray results are available as add-ons.

Tell us on arrival with a photo and the measurement. We remake, correct or credit — and we look at the process, not just the part, before shipping the replacement.

Yes: mechanical assembly, thread inserts, fasteners, gaskets, harness routing, functional test and retail packaging.

Material and blank size, machine time, set-up count, tolerance class, finishing area and freight. Our DFM report shows you which of those you can control.

Yes — ISO GPS and ASME Y14.5 both, and we will mirror the GD&T language of your drawing set in the inspection report.

Please do. We will show the machining cells, the mould shop, the inspection room and the finishing line — not just a conference room.

Still unsure?

Send the drawing and the quantity. A concrete number is usually faster than a general answer.
