Who We Are
MJ Prototyping & Manufacturing Co., Ltd. runs a 12,000 m² multi-process factory in Bao'an District, Shenzhen. We started in 2009 as a small jig-and-fixture shop and grew into a prototype-to-production supplier because our customers kept asking us to take the next step of their programme.
Today the company employs 280 people: machinists, toolmakers, mould fitters, process engineers, finishing operators and a QC team that reports to the factory manager rather than to sales. That reporting line is the reason our inspection data is worth the paper it is printed on.
We work with development teams, OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across medical devices, automotive, consumer electronics, robotics, industrial equipment and aerospace ground support. Roughly 70% of our output ships to Europe, North America and East Asia.

History
How the Factory Grew
2009
Workshop founded in Bao'an, Shenzhen with three manual mills, making jigs for local factories.
2013
First 5-axis machining centre installed; prototype work becomes the core business.
2016
Mould shop opens — EDM, WEDM and hardening brought fully in-house.
2019
Injection moulding hall commissioned, taking us from tooling through to serial parts.
2022
Cleanroom packing line added for medical and consumer device customers.
2026
280 people, 4,500+ completed customer programmes, parts shipped to 40+ countries.

How We Work
We quote what we can build
Nobody at MJ signs off a process we cannot hold. If a tolerance is risky, you hear it in the quotation, not in the inspection report six weeks later.
Your drawing is the contract
We measure against your revision and give you actual values. Pass/fail sheets tell you nothing when a regulator asks.
Own the whole chain
Machining, tooling, moulding, finishing and packing happen in our buildings, so a delay somewhere is our problem to solve, not yours to absorb.
